 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate inventory records across all locations.


• Monitor stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.


• Coordinate and document stock transfers between locations.


• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock checks.


• Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.


• Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates in the ERP/inventory system.


• Identify and report stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.


• Support periodic stock-taking and inventory audits.


• Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock accuracy.


• Collaborate with Warehouse, Retail, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams.


• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.


• 2–4 years' experience*in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management.


• Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation and cycle counting.


• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.


• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.


• Retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or multi-location experience is an advantage.
