Job Role/ Objectives

• We are looking for a young, proactive, and safety-conscious HSE Officer to support HSE operations and compliance across our facilities and project sites.


• The ideal candidate will ensure implementation of corporate safety standards, improve safety performance, and foster a safe working environment for all employees.

Position Overview / Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating HSE training sessions for staff, especially on applicable safety laws, hazard awareness, and the use of safety equipment.


• Ensure all employees strictly adhere to internal and regulatory safety standards.


• Support regular HSE audits, inspections, and compliance checks across equipment, machinery, and worksites. Assist in correcting potential hazards


• Participate in incident investigations, and contribute to reports and preventive action plans.


• Ensure full compliance with statutory HSE requirements.


• Present monthly safety reports and incident findings to management.


• Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and facilitate the implementation of control measures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline (e.g., Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Studies).


• Membership in a recognized HSE professional body.


• 1-3 years’ practical experience in safety management (preferably in construction environments)


• Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and regulations.


• Strong commitment to safe working practices and personal safety development.


• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and overcome obstacles on-site.
