Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards, and deliver projects within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.


• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.


• Monitor project progress, material usage, and timelines.


• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.


• Prepare daily site reports and identify technical issues for prompt resolution.


• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.


• 2–3 years of relevant construction or site engineering experience.


• Good knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and engineering drawings.


• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.


• Must be willing to work on-site in Victoria Island, Lagos.
