Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.


• Identify new markets, clients, partnerships, and business opportunities.


• Manage sales pipelines, tenders, proposals, negotiations, and client relationships.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.


• Support marketing, branding, and client engagement initiatives.


• Monitor sales performance and prepare business development reports.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and QHSE standards.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 6–8 years' relevant experience, preferably in oil and gas, energy, or power.


• At least one relevant professional certification (CBDP, CSP, PMP, NIM, or CIM).


• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and business development skills.


• A proven ability to identify opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
