Role Description

• The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ado Ekiti.


• This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.


• The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, present real estate investment options, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into clients.


• Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience. The role also involves meeting sales targets, representing the brand at events or presentations, and providing feedback to help improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities and drive growth.


• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.


• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities, to engage clients effectively.


• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.


• Relevant experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development is highly beneficial.


• Ability to work on-site in Ado Ekiti, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets consistently.


• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities.


• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field is an advantage.
