Job Overview

• Help make every visit to YellowDoor Hotels’ restaurant and bar, The Living Room, feel welcoming and memorable. You’ll guide guests through a menu celebrating local cuisine and regional flavors, working with a fast-moving team that takes pride in attentive, consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage the full sequence of service through farewell.


• Explain dishes, ingredients and pairings, recommending options that suit each guest.


• Notice guest needs early and respond with warmth and discretion.


• Handle inquiries and resolve service mistakes promptly.


• Work with teammates to maintain consistent service standards.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience


• At least 2 years in upscale dining or hotel service


• Full sequence of service


• Menu knowledge and guest recommendations


• Warm, attentive guest communication


• Rotating shift, weekend and public holiday availability


• Upscale dining or hotel table service (2+ years)


• End-to-end table service, from welcome to farewell


• Menu, ingredient and pairing knowledge


• Taste-based guest recommendations


• Guest feedback and complaint resolution
