REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, with demonstrable results.


• Must be resident in Lagos State.


• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


• Strong leadership, team management, and field sales supervision skills.


• Excellent knowledge of market development, route-to-market strategies, and distributor management.


• Ability to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships.


• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel as required.
