Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; higher qualifications are an advantage.


• 1-2 years of relevant pastry-making experience.


• Good knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques and presentation.


• Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.


• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
