Key Responsibilities

• Source residential and commercial properties available for rent and sale across Abuja.


• Conduct physical property inspections and verify property conditions, locations, prices, and availability.


• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, caretakers, and real estate agents.


• Take clear property pictures and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.


• Gather accurate property information and submit regular field reports.


• Coordinate property inspections and support clients during property visits when required.


• Conduct market research on rental prices, property values, and emerging real estate opportunities.


• Identify genuine property listings and contribute to expanding the company’s property portfolio.
