We are an online digital news platform and we require an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Management, you will be primarily responsible for analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, planning digital campaigns and implementing social media content strategies to attract more visitors and build our online community.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing creative and engaging social media strategies
- Constantly deriving new ways of improving the websites to attract more visitors on all social media platforms
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign and the use of social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- University degree in marketing or any relevant field from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a social media specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of the use of social media best practices like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multi-tasking skills

- Good time-management skills
