Job Description

• A Social Media Associate is responsible for monitoring the company's digital media presence, ensuring regular updates, and regularly connecting with the audience on the organization's social media platforms.


• The ideal candidate will also respond to the audience's inquiries and concerns regarding Poshglow's services company offers, as well as resolve and escalate high-level complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create social media posts.


• Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.


• Research industry innovations and tools.


• Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.


• Developing and implementing effective social media strategies.


• Creating content that attracts the attention of the target audience.


• Scheduling social media posts as per the plan.


• Monitoring social media metrics and KPIs regularly.

Requirements

• A Degree in any of the recognized tertiary institutions with 1 - 2 years work experience.


• Must be female for gender balance.


• Must be an out-of-the-box thinker and a good communicator.


• Must have good research skills.


• Must have a keen eye for details.


• Thorough knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc.


• Must be disciplined and hardworking.

Salary and Benefit

• N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.


• The role is a Live-in role. Accommodation will be provided.
