About the Job



  • This role involves working with team members to ensure the execution of internal and external communications both on digital and traditional platforms.

  • It also involves the management of all company digital assets (Website, intranet & social media handles).

  • Assist with the execution of thematic and tactical internal and external campaigns to drive brand awareness for Companys and retail products.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the content and functionality of the company's public website, internal employee intranet and partner portals.

  • Day-to-day administration of sites including registration and access for company's partner portals (CASOMS, ROMSlite, Extranet, etc.) and marketing resource center as well as updates to the employee intranet site.

  • Oversees the day-to-day production of web design projects and program activities including new product integration, station locator, landing page development, rich media integration, and assures message is successful.

  • Work effectively with Sales & Marketing teams to develop and update content and messaging on all sites to ensure consistency across all platforms

  • Product marketing and communications support. Work with graphic artists to create high quality visuals for internal and external communications activities.

  • Actively leads and participates in required analysis, design and testing of website enhancements, new development, maintenance and debugging

  • Leads the collaboration of physical design and maintenance of architectural design and functionality of existing style sheets.

  • Test and troubleshoot all site functions. Acts as web architecture expert driving discussions on support, scalability and maintenance of servers

  • Spearheads all web-based projects including website enhancement, web-based applications and database backed websites

  • Examine and analyze all site traffic via Google Analytics and other relevant metrics.

  • Manage security compliance for applications, environments and data.

  • Maintain brand integrity across all aspects of internal and external projects.

  • Ensure corporate identity is followed to achieve uniformity and synergy


Competences Required (Knowledge, Skills and Attributes)



  • A good First Degree in IT, Social Sciences, Administration etc. or any other field

  • Certification or 2 years + experience in developing and managing website features/ functionality and web experience

  • Advanced Diploma or degree in software programming, web design and development, Digital Media Marketing.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, tag management, developer tools, keyword planner

  • Proficiency with ITIL framework

  • Thorough working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Bootstrap, JavaScript, iQuery, and JavaScript libraries

  • Thorough working knowledge of third party CMS application (WordPress)

  • Thorough working knowledge of Google search ranking and optimization factors, standards and best practices and key algorithm updates preferably

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Marketing Automation and CRM platform experience.

  • Known and anonymous web tracking experience, and web/ content personalization experience
