DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Respond to Messages immediately on our platforms at all times

  • Market the company’s products in a professional and convincing way when communicating with customers

  • Entertain enquiries and complaints from customers

  • Regularly address customers’ complaints to the appropriate quarters and ensure timely solutions are generated

  • Provide daily reports to the appropriate quarters

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a social media correspondent

  • Customer Relationship & Management

  • Proficiency on the features of popular social media handles. (Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn)

  • Top Notch Persuasive Marketing skills

  • Willingness and readiness to swiftly respond to messages 24/7

  • Conflict Resolution Skills

  • Ability to multi-task effectively

  • Proactiveness and Ability to take initiative

  • Ability to work under minimal or no supervision
