We are looking for a Social Media Manager to increase brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets.
The successful candidate would be required to drive organic engagement by creating high-quality original content and designs.
You would also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, messages and oversee our customer service across all platforms..
Responsibilities
Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
Working with basic graphics and video design platforms, E.g Canva
Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence and engaging relevant influencers.
Responding to comments and messages on each of our accounts.
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
Running company social media advertising campaigns, and analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives with strategic KPIs.
Requirements and skills
BSc or equivalent Degrees are eligible to apply.
Social media marketing experience.
Experience developing social media strategies and executing marketing plans.
Proven ability to build communities and develop the right voice for each social media platform.
