Infrastructure strategies, policies, systems, planning, specific plans, functional and technical norms and standards.
Direct functional and technical norms and standards.
Review and approve health infrastructure plans, policies and inputs to across project implementation fields
Monitor and manage health facilities structural projects implemented in line with the approved functional and technical norms and standards.
Monitor and manage the updating of data and documentation regarding Technical Conditions of Facilities.
Manage integrated and seamless planning between commissioning of buildings and associated equipment.
Set up contract for the maintenanace of existing health facilities/ Contruction of new one as may be neccessary.
Acts as Teams procurement assistant and develop contract plan, work with HSE focal person and obtain all neccessary HSE approval for the set up contracts as may be neccessary.
Delivery of the infrastructure programmes and projects, Water/Sanitation, alternative power solution for all supported health facilities
Planning, procurement, commissioning and maintenance of medical equipment
Maintain medical equipments/periodic maintennace.
Perform Day-to-day, routine/preventative and emergency maintenance at all Health Facilities including the provision of technical services
Manage the spending of the infrastructure to support the implementation of the Health Services Plan and achieve value for money.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with Public Health background
Minium of 10 year post qualifiaction working experience in Health Infrastucturing designing and setup
A register member Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE)
Expert knowledge and undertsnding in hospital structural design and Green energy instalation
Certificated in PMP is added advantage.
