The successful Logistic Officer will possess strong organizational, customer service and communication skills. They would be detail-oriented team players with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. As Logistic Officers typically work with computers and warehouse equipment, strong technical and mechanical skills are helpful

• Create shipping/delivery routes and schedules


• Track shipment progress


• Manage and review daily maintenance reports; providing financial expertise and guidance to subordinate units; briefing Support Operations Officer in Charge on cost analysis daily


• Develope and update logistics management plan based on the approved project phasing and packaging strategy


• Tender for transport bids analysis and prepares contracts, ensure timely delivery of project inputs, and supervised distribution monitors/warehouse staff.


• Manage ongoing updates to the customer Supply Chain Scope of Service, Internal Service Agreement and contract addendums, while ensuring that partnership commitments are adhered to and met.
