Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
- Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Creating captivating content for the organization’s social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.
- Developing and overseeing campaigns to draw attention to the brand
- Overseeing, planning, and delivering content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Asana,
- Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts
- Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics
- Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the team lead
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- BSc degree in Communication, Marketing, or a relevant field
