Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities related to dispatch


• Team up with warehouse & logistics outbound to ensure timely availability of truck for loading


• Documentation: Shipment, Gate pass, Delivery Note, Loading Advice Ticket


• Ensure timely dispatch of sales vans, customers and third party vehicles


• Responsible for the dispatch of all white goods to branches


• Maintains proper record of all dispatches


• Ensure timely delivery of loaded vehicles to assigned destination

Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

Education / Knowledge:

• Minimum of HND certificate in any relevant discipline


• Working Experience: 1-2 years of experience in warehousing and logistics operations in a food


• manufacturing environment
