Job Summary



  • We are recruiting a talented social media supervisor to represent the organization by increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media.

  • This role will be responsible for overseeing the company’s interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on all social media platforms.

  • The social media supervisor’s duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.


Responsibilities



  • Running company social media advertising campaigns.

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand

  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns

  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts

  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

  • Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.

  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media.

  • Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.

  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.


Requirements



  • First Degree from a reputable institution

  • 3-5 years relevant experience from a well-structured organization.

  • Experience developing social media strategies.

  • Proven ability to build social media communities.

  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns.

  • Leadership and supervisory experience

  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • A team player with leadership skills.


Compensation

N250,000 monthly net plus other benefits.
