Role: Back Office Engineer


Job description:



  • Good Telecommunication knowledge with emphases on Transmission Network, especially for IP Microwave.

  • Take responsibility for technical interface, not only in IP Microwave field, also include other related products.

  • Prepare and audit technical solution, make sure feasibility, and consider the cost of delivery.

  • Technical issue trace, discusses solution with R&D, and confirms the feasibility of solution.

  • Confirm software upgrade roadmap with customer, forecast the future of network development.

  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team.

  • International work and multi project experience is desired.

  • Can summarize when sort out issue, and output case or product solution.

  • Pass all the exams and join the necessary training. Have motility to learn new knowledge.

  • Good communication with other department in the project, have base knowledge about other department.

  • Compile and audit BOQs for new and expansion projects

  • Roll out and complete acceptance of new transmission network products

  • Must be willing to travel for long periods of time away from base

  • Be on standby 24/7 for remote support as required

  • Experience & Lessons Sharing

  • Be responsibility for the SOP of roll-out or Swap process;

  • Be responsibility for implement the Serviceability Measures during the engineering activities.

  • Be responsibility for the HR management of the technical team.

  • Be responsibility for the Risk management.

  • Be responsibility for the Requirement management.


Technical Skills



  • The following may be Acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in telecom or equivalent degree  

  • 3 years of experience in Microwave Systems, - this should include strong experience with Huawei, Ericsson, NSN products etc.

  • At least 2 years’ experience of data configuration and commissioning of telecoms systems.

  • Technology skills in other vendor products will be considered.

  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team. 

  • Strong leadership, team and project management skills and experience with a variety of telecom projects. 

  • International work and multi project experience is desired.

  • Familiar with IP transmission principle, able to design OM, Clock and Signaling network

  • Familiar with the Microwave Architecture, Interface and Protocols.

  • Need to familiar with optimization or with the ability to control and follow up with Optimization.

  • Able to do the network trouble shooting.

  • Able to do U2000 commissioning and do the ATP test.

  • Able to organize and finish the OSS&RTN upgrade.

  • Taking correct procedures in following up issues, reason for the fault occurrences and their prevention mechanism.

  • Able to do the IP Microwave network service planning.

  • Able to provide the roadmap of the microwave network.

  • Able to provide pre-sale support




Role: OSN Transmission Engineer


Job Description 



  • Implementation configuration on Planned services

  • To carryout Operational activities like service configuration, transmission expansion and integration of new nodes

  • To be able to carry out daily health check performance and analysis

  • Isolating and diagnosing faults and giving support to field team for troubleshooting

  • Check network utilization and network Optimization

  • Have in-depth knowledge on OSN Series (OSN7500, OSN3500, OSN6800, OSN8800, OSN9800, OSN1800V)

  • In-depth knowledge on SDH, PDH and DWDM

  • familiar and fully understand the O&M environment and requirements and NOC tools


Requirements: 



  • HND/Bsc in Electrical electrionics, information technology or other relevant field.

  • Related experience on required tools and operation nodes.




Role: Wireless Engineer


Job Description: 



  • Serve as the TD/TL of wireless engineering delivery, take charge of the engineering project delivery of 2G/3G/4G/5G and OMC wireless products, and be able to handle various common technical problems as a technical service engineer for engineering project delivery.

  • As a wireless engineer, perform 3G/4G LTE and OMC wireless product maintenance and fault analysis, and support routine maintenance, fault location, troubleshooting, network change, and implementation of traditional wireless products to ensure network security.

  • Take the responsibility of training, introduce the above-mentioned product skills, and transfer basic product technical knowledge to cooperation engineers through training, on-site support.


Service skill requirements:



  • Have a basic command of basic hardware capabilities of wireless sites, site solutions, and commissioning and data configuration capabilities.

  • Have the capability of troubleshooting site faults, have certain troubleshooting experience, and be able to quickly handle common faults.

  • Be able to handle cross-domain and cross-discipline problems, and be able to quickly demarcate and locate problems, and quickly recover services.


Professional knowledge requirements:



  • Have project delivery capabilities, including customer communication, solution guidance, software commissioning, hardware supervision, and acceptance test promotion.

  • Be familiar with the operation process of wireless project implementation.

  • Have the ability to guide low-level employees and low-level partners.

  • Be able to implement solutions under the guidance of the remote delivery centre.

  • Project experience: Worked as the TL for at least one wireless project.
