Job Description

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Estate Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support to clients on a wide range of property-related matters, including valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.


• It is expected that you have a strong understanding of the local property market and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and support to clients on a wide range of property-related matters, including valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.


• Conduct property inspections and valuations.


• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.


• Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions.


• Stay informed of trends and developments in the local property market.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in estate management or related field backed by experiences.


• 1+ years of experience in estate management or property valuation.


• Professional certification will be an added advantage.


• Strong understanding of the local property market.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
