  • Our client is currently looking to hire a Social Media Manager. The ideal applicant will be critical in creating original digital content for various social media platforms.


Job Overview and Duties



  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and daily task, including; developing relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers, create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

  • Develop, edit, publish and share engaging content daily

  • Monitor social media trends and how it affects client reach

  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Management


Requirements



  • BSc. Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a relevant field.

  • Amiable and creative

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager

  • Collaborate in developing, implementing, and managing the company’s Social Media Strategy.

  • Design and implement social media strategy, ensuring they are in line with the company’s goals.

  • Track, measure and report the success of every social media campaign.

  • Stay up to date with current benchmark trends.

  • Perform research on audience preference.

  • Hands on experience in content management

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

  • Excellent use of Canva

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
