Our client is currently looking to hire a Social Media Manager. The ideal applicant will be critical in creating original digital content for various social media platforms.
Job Overview and Duties
Manage social media marketing campaigns and daily task, including; developing relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers, create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Develop, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
Monitor social media trends and how it affects client reach
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Carry out any other duties assigned by Management
Requirements
BSc. Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a relevant field.
Amiable and creative
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
Collaborate in developing, implementing, and managing the company’s Social Media Strategy.
Design and implement social media strategy, ensuring they are in line with the company’s goals.
Track, measure and report the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up to date with current benchmark trends.
Perform research on audience preference.
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
