Responsibilities

• Planning and managing all social media platforms


• Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email and display advertising


• Identify trends in the industry and optimize performance based on insight


• Preparing accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance


• Act as point of contact for information, complaints and escalating issues as appropriate.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any field


• At least 1 year work experience as a social media handler


• Previous experience in customer service will be an added advantage


• Proficiency in MS Office


• Good time management skills.

Salary

N100,000 / month.
