Specific Responsibilities
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the organization’s brand.
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
- Collaborate with IT team and sub-units in generating appropriate content calendar.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience.
