  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the tourism industry, as well as strong management, marketing, and customer service skills. He or she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our tourism operations, including tour development & hotel sales, marketing, and customer service.

  • Furthermore, he/she will be organizing and preparing holiday tour packages. combining transportation, accommodation, and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages. As per clients requirement.


Duties & Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote tours sales products and services

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and clients in travel & tours sale

  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities

  • Organize and coordinate trade shows, workshops, and other events

  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

  • Monitor industry developments and keep up to date with competitor activity

  • Supervise and motivate a team of tourism officers

  • Provide leadership and direction to staff

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the tourism department


Requirements and Skills



  • Master’s Degree in Business, Tourism Management, or a related field

  • 7+ years experience in a management role within the tourism industry

  • Experience working with government agencies and/or non-profit organizations

  • Fluency in more than one language

  • In-depth knowledge of destination marketing principles.
