Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
Generate, craft, publish and share engaging and informative content (e.g. text, photos, videos) across different platforms
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in relation to the CEO’s interests and fields
Design and implement social media strategies that align with the interests and goals of the CEO
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Optimize content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Undertake other duties/responsibilities as are assigned from time.
Requirements
B.Sc Degree in English, Marketing or related fields
At least 4 years work experience.
Proven work experience as a social media manager
Second class Upper division
Hands-on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting and research skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing and branding channels
Familiarity with web design and social media trends
