Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences

  • Generate, craft, publish and share engaging and informative content (e.g. text, photos, videos) across different platforms

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in relation to the CEO’s interests and fields

  • Design and implement social media strategies that align with the interests and goals of the CEO

  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

  • Optimize content to further encourage community interaction and engagement

  • Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity

  • Undertake other duties/responsibilities as are assigned from time.


Requirements



  • B.Sc Degree in English, Marketing or related fields

  • At least 4 years work experience.

  • Proven work experience as a social media manager

  • Second class Upper division

  • Hands-on experience in content management

  • Excellent copywriting and research skills

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

  • Knowledge of online marketing and branding channels

  • Familiarity with web design and social media trends

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
