Job Description

• Provide support in picking up or dropping off shipments.


• Support in the sorting, packaging and preparing shipments for pickup by partners.


• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure shipments are accurately processed with invoices, labels and required documents attached in line with the company’s guidelines.


• Ensure all shipments required shipment documents are rightly attached. Eg phytosanitary, doctor’s description etc.


• Provide support in liaising with customers resolving to sort packages from point of pickup/drop off till they’re shipped to the destination country.


• Oversee the regular maintenance and repairs of the company’s fleet


• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Education and Skills

• OND/HND in any course of study


• Ability to drive and updated required documents


• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic regulations


• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively use the company’s resources


• Good team player, good written and verbal communications skills
