Responsibilities

• You will take on commercial responsibility on the major projects, and service units


• You will work on all business management tasks and support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.


• Will be responsible for creating detailed business plans on commercial opportunities regarding business expansion and development.


• Oversees the commercial functions as well as the day-to-day financial administration to ensure reliable cash flow and sustainable financial drivers are aligned with Head-quarter targets at all times.


• The preparation and creation of various analyses and evaluations, such as cost target/actual comparisons


• Be involved in the selection and scheduling of the commercial staff on site.


• Assess Customer Requirements to understand the business goals, objectives and barriers to align on projects


• Analyze the Market to facilitate for contracting the appropriate suppliers, best practise and maximize competitive advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university


• Master's degree is an added advantage.


• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar senior position ideally in the construction industry


• Excellent knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems


• Track record in project data management & financial analysis


• Strong presentation skills


• Large multi-cultural team


• English is required. French / Italian / German is a plus.
