Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Prompt request for fuel needed for delivery (at least 12 hours before delivery) and accurate and timely retirement of allocated fuel allowance.


• Tracking of drivers/ delivery van to ensure timely delivery and escalating of off route movement of any delivery van.


• Timely delivery of products to customers & drop points within 48hours of receipt of customer's invoice / order.

Qualifications / Experience

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences or other related course with 3 to 5 years working experience.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to meet deadlines.


• Implement and manage operational plans.


• Substantial knowledge of standard logistics procedures and practices required.


• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office especially Ms word, Excel and Outlook.
