Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new IP communications solutions or improve the efficiency of existing infrastructure


• Uptime performance management through proactive monitoring, upgrades and patches


• Incidence Resolution: Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues


• Take professional certifications as may be required to upgrade our OEM partnership status


• Facilitate regular product and technology training for Marketing and Knowledge sharing purpose.

Requirements

• Must have a B.Sc Degree


• CCNP/CCIE will be an added advantage


• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience deploying and supporting the following solutions: LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, Video Conferencing and Contact Center


• Must have presentation skills


• Ability to work in flexible hours when required.
