Profile



  • The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in social media management.

  • A proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

  • The candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • The candidate should posses at least basic experience in using graphics design tools like – Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.

  • Candidate must be painstakingly attentive to details.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management with a track record of successful campaigns.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • A Certification in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage

  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

  • Knowledge of the payment services industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

  • Create engaging social media content that is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging and customer engagement.

  • Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns including budgeting, targeting and optimization.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the company’s social media strategy.

  • Develop influencer marketing strategies and manage relationships with influencers.

  • Monitor and report on social media competitors and industry trends.

  • Perform other functions as assigned by the Board and the Group MD/ CEO.
