Responsible for the procurement of all office and production supplies
Responsible for the outsourcing of services i.e. engagement of contractors e.g. technicians, mechanics, etc
Responsible for the development of protocols for the use and maintenance of equipment
such as vehicles, generators, etc
Directing water systems operations ; as well as inspecting distribution systems
Accurately reading gauges, dials and other instruments that depict and/or record data.
Inspecting, servicing and repairing water system equipment and facilities, including pumps, valves, motors, filters and meters
Overseeing and performing general plant maintenance work
Scheduling the water meter routes, inspection, and system maintenance.
Assisting in the preparation of annual Water Department budget.
Assisting in disaster preparedness.
Any other duties as may be assigned by management
Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Engineering or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience; with a professional certification in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
Must be a computer literate
Good Communication and inter personal relationship skills
Must be resident in OR willing to relocate to Keffi
