Convert prospects into customer relationships and successfully transition them to our Customer Success team
Sell Clear Capital products and solutions to new and existing customers to achieve or exceed RE Analytics revenue goals
Lead a product focused team of sales managers and reps once you have proven scale potential
Document all leads and sales activity in the Clear Capital's CRM and prepare sales forecasts for the segments you own
Develop high trust relationships with third party stakeholders (i.e. rating agencies) by educating them on our valuation products and exceptional service model
Identify new business opportunities and deepen current relationships with customers, specifically in the real estate, lending, servicing and secondary markets by working with Clear Capital management, business leaders, partnerships, product development, marketing, and operations support to prioritize those opportunities and integrate them into the sales plan
Work with Channel Partners and our Partnership Team to amplify product distribution and achieve channel revenue goals
Educate Clear Capital Customer Success Managers about how customers will best utilize our data and analytics products
Provide feedback to Clear Capital product management to enhance existing products and develop new products and solutions
Attend targeted industry events and conferences to attract new customer prospects and to nurture relationships with existing clients
Apply consultative problem-solving techniques to successfully identify and address prospective customers’ issues
Consult with prospective customers, understanding their business model while introducing subject-matter expert(s) to evaluate and identify solutions that meet the customer’s business strategy goals
Work closely with Clear Capital product managers and marketing to provide support and feedback of sales activity and pricing negotiations
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a BSc in 5 - 10 years work experience.
