Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Officer to manage and grow our social media presence.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and building and maintaining relationships with our followers.


• The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement


• Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including written content, images, and videos


• Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement


• Build and maintain relationships with followers and influencers to increase brand awareness and engagement


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media platforms and digital marketing


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives


• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including creating and managing budgets, developing ad content, and analyzing performance


• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner


• Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure content is posted on a regular basis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field


• Up to 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content


• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn


• Experience with social media analytics tools to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and social media management tools
