Responsibilities
Using social media management and marketing tools to grow and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation;
Research industry-related topics, social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s vision and marketing objectives, identifying new opportunities to drive improvement and organizational growth;
Write, develop and publish various engaging pieces and relevant industry-oriented copies for the company's blog and social media outlets;
Creating and curating original and engaging content, such as text, images, videos, and infographics.
Develop and implement overall digital marketing strategies as well as social media campaigns, including content calendars, analytics and branding;
Co-develop and execute attention-grabbing marketing campaigns to support and bolster brand marketing initiatives and overall goals (education, customer engagement, advertising, audio-visual media, reports and presentations)
Interacting with followers/ clients by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner and build social media followership.
Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the consistent representation of the brand across all social media platforms.
Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies and making recommendations for new and innovative ways to use social media for marketing.
Managing advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing results, and optimizing for maximum ROI.
Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
Integrate SEO and relevant meta descriptions in all content for Digital Channels such as the Web blog.
Developing and implementing crisis management plans to ensure a positive reputation for the brand in case of negative publicity.
Submit monthly analytical reports to evaluate platform performance and ROI.

Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
Proficiency in navigating and exploring major social media platforms
Content development, content strategy, deep research skills, and creative copywriting skills.
Decent knowledge of SEO for website optimization and search engine discovery
Expert in running sponsored Ads on all social media platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to develop visual guides from concept to content and design
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to completion
Keen attention to detail and high regard for quality work
Extrovert; ability to build and foster relationships, influence, and work effectively with colleagues across multiple locations
An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
Time-management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and cross-functionally in order to ensure growth and organizational success.
Candidates with decent video content creation and editing skills is a major advantage.
