JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Handle all guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Accountable for accurately recording customer transactions in the necessary systems
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Recognize the customer's circumstance and offer the best remedy
- Ensure that all guests have a positive experience at the hotel
- Professionally respond to customer complaints; make an effort to successfully resolve complaints in accordance with established guidelines.
- Provide services and remedies that will improve client satisfaction
- Work in conjunction with your coworkers, supervisors, and other departments as necessary.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Hotel customer service representative.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software programmes, such as Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Conflict resolution experience.
- A Certificate or diploma in hospitality is advantageous.
