Job Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute strategies to effectively resolve telecommunications service issues in the field of Fiber Optics.

  • Lead and oversee a team of Network Telecommunication Executives in identifying and addressing telecommunications service challenges.

  • Create and implement service plans to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service level agreements.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to communicate service issues and resolutions in a timely manner.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.

  • Establish and maintain efficient working practices utilizing technology to minimize disruptions and improve operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements, recommending improvements as necessary.

  • Coordinate training and development programs for the team to enhance their technical skills and performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, and relevant regulations.

  • Stay updated on new product developments in network technology, providing input and guidance on customer service and support challenges.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to optimize service delivery and increase efficiency.

  • Fulfill other reasonable responsibilities assigned by the company.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in network administration and leadership roles.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications or Fiber Optics industry.

  • CCNA or equivalent technical qualification.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to team members and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Service Level Agreements and Operational Schedules.

  • Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster innovation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, establishing effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
