Responsibilities



  1. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

  2. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging contents daily on all the company’s social media platforms.

  3. Collaborate with other staff members in generating contents to ensure brand consistency.

  4. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

  5. Oversee social media accounts’ design e.g Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc. by adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.

  6. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions.

  7. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends on social media, design tools and applications.

  8. Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.

  9. Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.

  10. Update and maintain records and databases, complying with systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.

  11. Collect and compile information and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements to support information flow and inform decision making.
