Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the media industry.
- Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Qualification/Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven 3-5 years of industry experience in content creation and talent management.
- In-depth knowledge of the media landscape, including digital platforms, advertising, content production, and distribution.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
