Responsibilities



  • Handle and manage social media pages for clients under the Company.

  • Post and organise social media posts according to the created calendar.

  • Post stories on pages daily as required and make use of platform tools to interact with the

  • audience.

  • Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media account.

  • Reply to comments and direct messages.

  • Make and edit some videos with the content creator.

  • Suggest and research ideas for content to execute on clients' pages.

  • Create monthly calendars and reports for clients.

  • Create original content to post on company’s social media account and clients accounts


Requirements



  • B.Sc in any related field with training

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Social Media Officer

  • Organizational skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
