TAT Agency Limited is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Officer to join our team and manage our social media presence.
As a Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply them to improve our social media efforts.
Manage social media accounts and profiles, ensuring consistent branding, tone of voice, and messaging across platforms.
Engage with followers, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Implement social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, website traffic, and conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design, to align social media activities with broader organizational initiatives.
Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend new strategies to enhance our social media presence.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
Proven work experience as a social media officer, social media coordinator, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Strong understanding of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
Proficient in using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create visually appealing social media content.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and experience running targeted ad campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to track and interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
