Job Description
Responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to promote a company's brand, products, or services across various social media platforms. Their primary role is to engage with the audience, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement through compelling and relevant content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram & YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply them to enhance the company's social media presence.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives and promotional activities.
- Conduct social media listening and analysis to gain insights, identify opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to assess the success of social media efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
- Manage and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers, to create compelling visual and written content for social media channels.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify the company's social media presence and drive brand advocacy.
- Identify and respond to social media crises or negative feedback, following established guidelines and protocols to protect the company's reputation.
- Stay informed about relevant legal and ethical considerations, such as copyright infringement, privacy policies, and data protection, to ensure compliance in social media activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in social media management or digital marketing in a Fintech.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic photo/video editing skills.
