Role Overview: 



  • This is an exciting role in the new marketing organisation. This role would make you manage social media engagements for BetKing in Nigeria.   

  • You will collaborate to develop and implement engagement strategy boosting user engagement online and in-person and reaching new audiences.   


What You Will Be Doing:  



  • Manage social engagements for each of our platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Instagram, forums, blogs etc.)

  • Plan, develop, and nurture online communities of users & partners (Tipsters, Lifestyle & Nano Influencers), and potential user

  • Monitor conversations across social media and address important mentions in real-time through engagement, escalation, or documentation.

  • Set up a listening strategy for both listening and engagement.

  • Flag and identify engagement opportunities

  • Monitor positive and negative press, influencer sentiment, etc

  • Generate insight into community engagement performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Responsible for proactively suggesting and implementing creative out-of-the-box social media engagement strategies to improve the quality of interaction


What You Need for This Role:  



  • 3+ years' experience in social media execution

  • Proven work experience as a Social media Community Manager

  • Hands on experience in influencer management

  • Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content (text, image and video)

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat  and YouTube is essential.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
