JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing Engineering Projects: preparation, execution, and adherence to client design.


• Managing Engineering team effectively, responsible for team’s career development.


• Develop appropriate engineering solutions to meet customer needs.


• Assist sales team in technical presentations.


• Prepare Bill of Quotations.


• Sound understanding of the Company’s water and wastewater solutions.


• Develop technical proposals and send to clients, as well as effectively and efficiently follow-up on project proposals.


• Perform preliminary engineering design and analysis and / or review the design and drafting work of junior engineers.


• Engage in design, presentation, and cost estimation of all projects.


• Monitor progress of design and construction delivery, identify areas for improvement, and take action to resolve outstanding issues;


• Works with external clients and throughout project to meet client needs, project schedules, goals, and deadlines.


• Prepare weekly reports on unit activities and situations.


• Perform all other tasks related to the role.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years’ engineering experience, with at least two years as a Team Lead.


• BSc. degree in Engineering


• Experienced in the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and other engineering applications.


• Supports business development activities from identification of opportunities to preparing proposals and making presentations to clients.


• Proven technical writing and communication skills.


• Effective leader, proven ability to motivate others and get results both through direct reports and external suppliers


• Strategic thinker – ability to spot opportunities and galvanize the resources and the expertise in order to capitalize on them.


• Entrepreneurial outlook – keen interest to play a pivotal role in growing the business.
