Job Brief
We are looking to hire an experienced social media manager/content creator for restaurant business located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Creating content with the appropriate materials
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Interacting with customers via the company’s social media accounts
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
- Running company social media advertising campaigns
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid media presence
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with at least 2-5 years’ experience
- Social media marketing experience
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
- Understanding of basic graphic design principles
- Proximity to Lekki, VI, Ikoyi and its environment.
