- Draft detailed construction drawings, as well as specifications used in planning and construction of building projects.
- Produce a structural system and developed Finite Element Analysis models
- Design and interpret design results with the aid of structural and infrastructural design programs for the assigned project in view of the safety and stability of the structure in accordance with the government regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of Real Estate’s development design permitting documents.
- Manage and supervise all ongoing developmental projects for the business.
- Support land/roads and bridges development projects
- Interact with associated discipline including: geotechnical, traffic, environmental, building, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architecture, as well as landscape Architecture contractors
- Responsible for managing quality of project output.
- Give daily updates with pictures/ videos, weekly reports
- Any other duties assigned relating to your job.
Qualification and Requirements:
- First degree in Civil Engineering (Structural and Infrastructural).
- Master's Degree will be an added advantage, COREN certified with further learnings/ certifications, 2-3 years' work experience in a Real Estate company
