Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend and implement new strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their nuances, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
