Job Description



  • The Social Media/PR/Marketing/Trainees will undergo training while they work. As a  Social Media/PR/Marketing/Trainee you will manage the marketing and communications output for our company. You will respond to queries, and create news summaries, announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • The Trainee position is for 6 months, after which Trainees will be confirmed, based on performance. This is not an internship position and is not project-based.

  • Our objective is to hire, train and retain talents that can grow with us.


Responsibilities 



  • Create company literature and other forms of communication.

  • Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.

  • Work with other teams for timely and useable ad submissions.

  • Shoot photos/videos for events, websites, or social media and produce content for the intended audience.

  • Develop, edit, proofread, and revise communications.

  • Design and launch email marketing campaigns.

  • Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.

  • Develop marketing communications campaigns.

  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.

  • Research industry trends and provide feedback.

  • Develop fresh story ideas.

  • Conduct marketing, content, and feature research.

  • Social Media management.

  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.


Requirements



  • Interest in Social Media, Public Relations, and Marketing.

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience. More will be advantageous.

  • Basic knowledge of marketing campaigns and social media management.

  • Copywriting and content creation skills.

  • Not more than 25 years.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Organizational and time management skills.

  • Adaptability, flexibility, and tenacity.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving.

  • A degree in English, Communication, or Public Relations.
