Job Objectives



  • Primary objective is to coordinate and maintain estate communal services & maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all estate communal services are properly coordinated.

  • Function as a first responder to all clients’ complaints.

  • Supervising and providing day-to-day community support services

  • Responsible for taking appropriate remedial actions and ensuring all immediate emergencies requiring skilled maintenance repairs are promptly executed.

  • Supervise and manage activities of deployed security teams.


Key Responsibilities



  • Required to make daily inspections of properties under our care to ensure they are all maintained properly.

  • Formulates and implements preventative maintenance programs for equipment and building maintenance.

  • Takes charge of all maintenance issues and ensures responsible backup is available in order to take corrective action as necessary.

  • Implements all maintenance and general procurement of materials and parts, schedules installations, and ensures that such repairs are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.

  • Reviews and/or inspects work for quality, accuracy, and completeness.

  • Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines, etc.

  • Monitors and evaluates operations, processes, and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement.

  • Create and manage the maintenance schedule roaster for all managed properties & estates.

  • Ensure proper accounting for all Artisan, Janitorial, Supplier related expenses and accountability of budget

  • Coordination and Management of all Artisans and suppliers on payroll

  • Generate Weekly/Monthly and Quarterly property reports

  • Function as ON-SITE Estate Manager

  • Interact and liaise with Infrastructure Services Coordinator to maintain uninterrupted service quality

  • Manage all on-site development control activities in conjunction with the Development Control Managers

  • Function as first-line liaison with Estate Residents Association and coordinate all stakeholder engagements

  • Other tasks as assigned.


Educational Qualifications / Experience



  • Completion of a Degree in Engineering or Estate Management is preferred or membership of NIEVS but may be substituted by progressive equivalent job experience.

  • Minimum experience should be 5 years as an Estate Services Manager of a residential, commercial, or institutional facility.

  • Experience should include a well-rounded background and knowledge of generators, water treatment facilities, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems, including equipment maintenance and repairs.

  • Considerable knowledge and experience of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, building and grounds maintenance and, equipment repair.
