Responsibilities

• Track and manage all assigned tasks record


• Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, and consulting towards achieving company growth.


• Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are safely carried out through proper system and standard operational procedures.


• Improve work processes and setup standards for process Flow and systems in order to increase reliability and efficiency.


• Generate accurate and timely reports, project solution, designs, drawings and BOMs.


• Using AutoCAD for engineering drawing


• Filling and documentation of engineering projects


• Plan and Execute project surveys for new projects according to the company SOP.


• Effectively scheduling survey: Follow all approved work process in scheduling all surveys and communicating same promptly and timely to all parties concerned.


• Communication: Effective communication with clients, colleagues and supervisors on all work related matters.


• Coordinate with OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near -misses and accidents).

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related position.


• B.Sc./HND degree in Electrical Engineering.


• Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential and mandatory.


• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


• Ability to work on tight deadlines.


• Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage
